PREVIEW: Nets finishing slate of Disney scrimmages vs. Jazz

The Brooklyn Nets have one more scrimmage to play before they start their slate of seeding games in the Disney bubble.

Soon the Brooklyn Nets will be playing games that count toward their standing in Eastern Conference. But, they still have one tune-up game left ahead of their slate of seeding games — which begins on Friday.

The Nets are set to take on the Utah Jazz on Monday at 5:30 p.m.

The two teams squared off twice before the NBA’s hiatus. The Jazz won the first matchup 119-114 in Utah. Kyrie Irving (27 points) and Spencer Dinwiddie were the leading scorers in the November loss. That was the case with Irving (32) and Dinwiddie (17) in their 118-107 loss to the Jazz at Brooklyn later in 2019-20, as well.

Of course, both Irving and Dinwiddie are not with the Nets in the Disney bubble. Similarly, Utah does not have Bojan Bogdanovic. The ex-Net underwent wrist surgery before the restart.

Here’s Utah’s Disney bubble roster:

  • Tony Bradley
  • Jarrell Brantley
  • Jordan Clarkson
  • Mike Conley
  • Ed Davis
  • Rudy Gobert
  • Joe Ingles
  • Donovan Mitchell
  • Juwan Morgan
  • Emmanuel Mudiay
  • Georges Niang
  • Royce O’Neale
  • Miye Oni
  • Rayjon Tucker
  • Nigel Williams-Goss
  • Justin Wright-Foreman

The Nets will be without Jamal Crawford and Donta Hall against the Jazz.
