Predicting the result of the Browns’ next four games post-bye week

The Browns ended the first month of the season 2-2; how will they fare in their next four games after the bye week?

The AFC remains wide open after Week 5 of the NFL season as there is no definitive best team in the conference. Just about every team has a bad loss in the early season despite how they may have played in the other games. That sets the Cleveland Browns and their terrible loss to the Steelers up to become redeemable if the offense figures itself out.

They will face what appears to be the league’s best team in the San Francisco 49ers next week but after that, they go on a stretch of really winnable games.

I’m not saying the game against the San Francisco 49ers is an automatic loss, but it will easily be the best team they have seen this year and likely the best all year. If the team wants to make a statement coming out of the bye getting a great win at home next week would go a long way in making that statement.
