Last year, the Chicago Bulls fell short of their goal of making the playoffs. They were eliminated in the play-in tournament by the Miami Heat. Over the course of the past two seasons, they have won a single playoff game with their new-look core. That’s not good enough.
Heading into this season, the Bulls are looking to atone for their failures and make the playoffs. They made a couple of solid additions, Jevon Carter and Torrey Craig, and hope those moves can take them over the hump.
