The 2023 ACC Tipoff event is officially here which means basketball is around the corner. A new season of college basketball will begin in just under two weeks and it should be another exciting season in the ACC.
For the North Carolina Tar Heels, they enter this season off a disappointing 2022-23 campaign. The Tar Heels missed the NCAA Tournament after being the preseason No. 1 team in the nation, ending the year with a lot of disappointment.
