The Tennessee Titans hit the practice field on Saturday at Nissan Stadium in front of over 10,000 fans. As you’d expect, the energy was high, with so many fans in attendance and that energy translated onto the practice field.
All three of Tennessee’s quarterbacks were solid. Malik Willis entered camp in a battle for the No. 2 job behind Will Levis and had a phenomenal practice. Willis is battling veteran Mason Rudolph for the backup job.
But it was the defense who stole the show on Saturday, particularly the starting unit. Defensive tackles Jeffery Simmons and rookie D’Vondre Sweat look like they could quickly form one of the NFL’s most potent interior duos.
