Pat Summitt served as the Lady Vols’ head coach from 1974-2012, compiling a 1,098–208 record.
Summitt won eight national championships (1987, 1989, 1991, 1996–1998, 2007, 2008), 16 Southeastern Conference regular season titles (1980, 1985, 1990, 1993–1995, 1998, 1999–2004, 2007, 2010, 2011) and 16 SEC Tournament championships (1980, 1985, 1988, 1989, 1992, 1994, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2010–2012).
The former Tennessee head coach also advanced to the Final Four 18 times (1982, 1984, 1986–1989, 1991, 1995–1998, 2000, 2002–2008).
