The Boston Celtics had no issues in Game 1 of the NBA Finals against the Dallas Mavericks. All five Boston starters scored double figures in the 107-89 win at TD Garden on Thursday night. Former UCLA star Jrue Holiday continued his impressive play after a stellar run in the Eastern Conference Finals.
Holiday ended the game with 12 points, eight rebounds, and five assists in 34 minutes as they took Game 1 easily.
Game 2 is set to take place on Sunday before the series shifts to Dallas, so the Celtics have a strong chance to go to Texas with a 2-0 series lead.
