Rockstar Energy founder Russ Weiner is selling his home in Park City, Utah, for $50 million. Weiner bought the home last year for $40 million, which set a Utah sale record.

Despite the high price tag, Weiner claims to have never slept in the home.

On top of a basketball court and bowling alley, the mansion features a beautiful golf simulator, a perfect way to dial in your game when you’re waiting out long Utah winters.

According to the listing, the home boasts six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms of varying degrees and over 17,500 square feet.
