Alabama offensive linemen Tyler Steen becomes the fifth former member of the Crimson Tide to be selected in the 2023 NFL draft after the Philadelphia Eagles picked him up at No. 65 overall.
Steen played just one season in Tuscaloosa after transferring over from Vanderbilt, but quickly made his mark on the Alabama offense grabbing the starting left tackle job almost immediately.
Steen’s biggest strength is his versatility. At 6’6′, 321 pounds, Steen has the size and the ability to play four of the five spots along the offensive line.
Steen joins several former members of the Tide in Philly with the likes of Jalen Hurts, DeVonte Smith, and Landon Dickerson just to name a few.
Congratulations and best of luck to Tyler as he moves on to the NFL!
