Earlier on Thursday, the Eagles announced that a player had tested positive for COVID-19 and three players had been placed on the Reserve/COVID-19 list.
Second-year wide receiver J.J. Arcega-Whiteside was reportedly that player, with John Hightower being added to the Reserve/COVID-19 list and practice squad wide receiver Deontay Burnett being added as well.
John Hightower was a close contact and was out today, but he was not deemed high-risk. And sounds like Vinny Curry and Corey Clement are also close contacts — and unrelated to Arcega-Whiteside. https://t.co/NYhZHWK4jw

Ian Rapoport is now reporting that although Hightower missed practice, he wasn’t deemed high risk, while Curry and Clement were and will now quarantine waiting for negative test results.
