PFF snubs Steelers LB T.J. Watt on All-Pro team

T.J. Watt wasn’t considered a Top Four edge rusher according to Pro Football Focus.

Pro Football Focus has put out their All-Pro teams for the 2023 NFL season and Pittsburgh Steelers fans aren’t going to be happy. No members of the Pittsburgh Steelers made the list including EDGE T.J. Watt. Not only did Watt not make the first-team All-Pro, but he didn’t even get the nod for the second team.

Here’s how the edge defenders shook out according to PFF.

First team

Myles Garrett – Cleveland Browns

Micah Parsons – Dallas Cowboys

Second team

Nick Bosa – San Francisco 49ers

Maxx Crosby – Las Vegas Raiders

Meanwhile, Watt led the league in sacks with 19 and was named Steelers MVP by his teammates. Watt is the frontrunner for Defensive Player of the Year but didn’t warrant consideration by PFF to be among the Top four edge rushers in the NFL.
