Paul Finebaum has made his living getting under the skin of a wide variety of fanbases across the Southeast. Just a couple of weeks ago he was found in a booth on the streets of Athens with a sign reading “Tell me I’m wrong, Alabama is better than Georgia,” seemingly seeking out a formidable debate partner among the students of UGA.
So when the question about what would happen if Alabama and Georgia played today was posed to him, his answer should be obvious, right? Well, if you think that Finebaum has any semblance of consistency in his modus operandi, you may want to check his rap sheet.

While it could be argued that Finebaum would not be where he is now if not for the fans of the University of Alabama – he gained his notoriety as a radio host in Birmingham – he doesn’t seem to mind aggravating the base that launched his career as a sports analyst.
