After a monumental upset victory over the Buffalo Bills, the New England Patriots will be looking to keep the good times rolling as live underdogs in Sunday’s AFC East matchup with the Miami Dolphins.
The Miami Gardens has served as a regular house of horrors for the Patriots over the years, and it extends back as far as when Tom Brady was under center at quarterback. Strange things seem to happen to New England when playing under the blazing sun at South Beach.
We’ll see if they can buck the odds for a second consecutive week against a Dolphins team expected to get six-time Pro Bowler Jalen Ramsey back on the field. The combination of him and Xavien Howard could wreak havoc in the defensive backfield.
It’ll be a huge test for a Patriots team with an offensive unit that has mostly sputtered this season.
Granted, they did find life against a banged-up Buffalo Bills defense, and perhaps that’s enough to carry them to the Promised land in this rematch with the same Dolphins team that eked out a win over them in Week 2.
