Things have taken a refreshing turn as more and more voices in the sports — and more specifically, football — arena have started calling out the haters when it comes to Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce. The 12-time Grammy winner and the star Kansas City Chiefs tight end started dating over the summer, and the two have become more and more visible as the NFL season has progressed.
Swift has been in attendance at 12 Chiefs games so far this season, and –despite being seen on screen for an average of about 30 seconds a broadcast — has been on the receiving end of complaints from some Brads, Chads and dads.
Recently, talking heads like Stephen A. Smith, Colin Cowherd and Pat McAfee have defended the global singing sensation, and McAfee doubled-down on his show this week after adorable on-field footage from Kansas City’s win in Baltimore surfaced.
In the clip, you can hear Kelce telling Swift he loves her, and she responds by saying how proud she is of his accomplishments. It’s flat-out adorable.
