Pat Connaughton NBA Tracker: Nov. 29-Dec. 5

Keep it up, Pat.

Over the past week, Pat Connaughton continued what has been an impressive stretch. He continues to score in droves, and the Milwaukee Bucks are better for it. If they are to repeat as NBA champions, they will need everything they can get out of him, even if he merely is part of the supporting cast.

The Bucks defeated the Charlotte Hornets on Dec. 1, and Connaughton scored nine of his 11 points on three 3-pointers. Dec. 2 saw Connaughton’s double-digit scoring streak end at six and the Bucks’ winning streak end at eight against the Toronto Raptors. Connaughton made his first start in two-and-a-half weeks but scored only seven points on 2-of-7 shooting from the field. He bounced back Dec. 4 in a win over the Miami Heat by tying his season high of 23 points, largely on seven 3-pointers.

As you might have guessed, Connaughton put up solid scoring and shooting numbers again, averaging 13.7 points a game while shooting 46.7 percent from the field. Let’s see how long he can keep this up.
