On Saturday afternoon, the Carolina Panthers put the finishing touches on their Week 17 roster. Those moves saw cornerback Josh Norman and center Sam Tecklenburg elevated from the practice squad and wide receiver and return specialist Andre Roberts activated from injured reserve.
