It was a College Football Saturday that was ripe for upsets and chaos across the nation, but not much of that took place when all was said and done.
The major games out west were highlighted by the showdown between Washington and USC. While the matchup provided fireworks, the better team won. The Huskies left Los Angeles with a 10-point victory. The nightcap provided an upset with Arizona continuing its ascension to the top-tier of Pac-12 schools, and Colorado continued to flounder with yet another loss.
