As 22 NBA teams make their long-awaited return to the court, the Golden State Warriors are at home. With a league-worst 15-50 record, the Warriors are one of eight teams on the outside of the NBA’s Orlando Bubble.
As the Warriors find ways to stay busy during their extended offseason, Warriors Wire is highlighting former members of the Dubs at Disney World.
On Saturday, Golden State’s 2015 Finals Most Valuable Player made his debut in the Bubble. In the Heat’s opening game of the NBA Restart, Andre Iguodala played 15 minutes off the bench, scoring three points on 1-2 shooting. Both of Iguodala’s shots came from beyond the arc. The veteran swingman added an assist against the Nuggets.
Jerami Grant and Nikola Jokic each added 19 points for the Nuggets, but it wasn’t enough. Six members of the Heat scored in double figures with Bam Adebayo and Jimmy Butler, leading Miami to a 125-105 victory at the Disney World campus.
