The Oregon State Beavers (5-3, 3-2 Pac-12) and Colorado Buffaloes (2-6, 1-4) meet Saturday for a 7 p.m. ET kickoff at Folsom Field in Boulder, Colo. Below, we look at the Oregon State vs. Colorado odds and lines, and make our expert college football picks, predictions and bets.

Rankings courtesy of the AFCA Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

Oregon State is coming off a 39-25 loss at the California Golden Bears. The Beavers allowed 517 total yards and were also undone by a minus-3 turnover margin with the Bears going 13-of-19 on third downs. However, OSU still has a legitimate shot at winning the Pac-12 North if it can sweep the rest of its schedule.

The Buffaloes scored 29 points in a loss to the Oregon Ducks last Saturday. The then-No. 8 Ducks racked up 568 total yards and went a combined 8-of-11 on third and fourth downs. The 29 points marked Colorado’s most in a loss since Nov. 2, 2019. CU has lost six of its last seven games.

Saturday will mark the first OSU-CU meeting since 2018 when the Beavers rallied from 28 down to win 41-34 in overtime at Boulder.

Oregon State at Colorado odds, lines, picks and predictions

Prediction

Oregon State 31, Colorado 21

Money line

Oregon State has not been good on the road. The Beavers are 1-3 away from Corvallis, and the one win was a turnover-aided effort at USC.

That’s not to say Colorado is a good team, but after some midweek price tilt toward OSU, COLORADO (+340) is worth a look on a partial-unit play for the value in the event they pull off the upset.

Against the spread

Colorado is 4-2 ATS over its last six games as a home underdog.

The Buffaloes struggle on offense — and do so mightily at times. Their 251.0 total yards per game ranks last in FBS. However, when CU has the ball and the Beavers are on defense, it’s a weak-on-weak matchup.

Oregon State has played just once at home since Oct. 2 and is subject to some thin-air fatigue in this spot. TAKE COLORADO +11.5 (-110).

Over/Under

Plenty of signals at odds here: AVOID.
