ONE Fight Night 14 gets new date, will feature three women’s title fights in Singapore

Three women’s title fights across multiple combat sports disciplines top ONE Fight Night 14 on Sept. 29 in Singapore.

ONE Fight Night 14 will see three titles on the line, and they’re all women’s bouts across multiple combat sports disciplines.

Two years after ONE Championship hosted an all-women’s event, the promotion will feature multiple women’s titles at the top of another event. The ONE Fight Night 14 was originally set to take place on Sept. 1, but has been shifted four weeks later to Sept. 29 at Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore, and will air live on Amazon Prime Video. The promotion communicated the news to MMA Junkie on Tuesday.

Headlining the event will be an interim women’s atomweight title bout between [autotag]Stamp Fairtex[/autotag] and [autotag]Seo Hee Ham[/autotag]. The winner of the bout may unify the title against champion Angela Lee, if she decides to resume her career following the death of her sister Victoria Lee.

The second title fight will see strawweight muay Thai champion Smilla Sundell put her belt on the line against Jackie Buntan. Also taking place at the event will be the inaugural women’s atomweight grappling world title bout, which will see Danielle Kelly take on Jessa Khan.

Rounding out the top of the card will be a special rules bout between Xiong Jing Nan and Nat Jaroonsak. The fight will take place with 4 oz. MMA gloves, but there are no kicks, knees or elbows allowed.

The current ONE Fight Night 14 lineup includes:

  • Stamp Fairtex vs. Seo Hee Ham – for atomweight title
  • Smilla Sundell vs. Jackie Buntan – for strawweight muay Thai title
  • Danielle Kelly vs. Jessa Khan – for inaugural atomweight grappling title
  • Xiong Jing Nan vs. Nat Jaroonsak – special rules bout
