One fantasy football fact to know about Cardinals QB Kyler Murray

Murray is one of five NFL quarterbacks in 2020 to throw for at least 400 passes and score 60 points with their legs.

The Arizona Cardinals begin their regular season this week against the Tennessee Titans on the road, which also marks the beginning of the fantasy football season. Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray is one of the more intriguing players to own in fantasy.

He offers upside in the passing game and the running game, and owning a quarterback who can get your fantasy points with his legs is extra valuable.

ESPN’s Matthew Berry shared 100 facts about the fantasy season, one that includes Kyler Murray.

Murray is one of only five quarterbacks who scored at least 60 points with their legs while also passing at least 400 times.

The other quarterbacks with Murray are Josh Allen, Russell Wilson, Deshaun Watson and Ryan Tannehill.

Murray was the first player to ever pass for at least 3,500 yards and rush for at least 750. He had 37 combined passing and rushing touchdowns.

With a 17th game in 2021 and an improved Cardinals offense, it is not crazy to think that Murray could have 5,000 combined passing and rushing yards and 40-45 combined touchdowns.

If you don’t own Murray in your league, you are missing out. He might end up being the most valuable player to have in fantasy this year.
