On this day: Celtics sign Baynes, Ojeleye, Mickey; Humphries traded

On this day, the Boston Celtics signed Aron Baynes, Semi Ojeleye and Jordan Mickey, and traded Kris Humphries.

Two years prior in 2015, former Boston forward Jordan Mickey signed a two-year deal with the team after being drafted 33rd overall in the 2015 NBA Draft.

Mickey played in 41 games over two seasons, spending much of his time in Maine with the Red Claws (Boston’s developmental franchise in the G League), recording 1.4 points and 1.1 boards per contest with the team before being waived.
