Eaton has appeared in 15 games in a reserve role over his first two seasons with the Oklahoma Sooners. In 2021, he played 10 or more defensive snaps in a game three times: Tulane, Western Carolina and TCU. Over his first two seasons, he has been targeted 10 times, allowing six receptions for 93 yards and one touchdown. The touchdown came in 2021 when the Sooners faced TCU and 2022 preseason All-Big 12 selection Quentin Johnston.
With 122 snaps over his first two seasons, Eaton has some experience to build on, and he has the size to be disruptive as an outside cornerback for the Oklahoma Sooners defense.
