The Oklahoma Sooners are among several top schools that made an offer for four-star recruit, Malik Muhammad. The Florida native would add length to the cornerback position in Alex Grinch’s system. Muhammad would be a tough opponent against elite receivers in the Big 12.
The 6-0, 170-pound corner does a stellar job jamming at the line of scrimmage and playing the ball not the receiver. Great instincts and route recognition. Possesses outstanding ball-tracking ability to undercut passes. His lean build lends to an excellent high-point ability working over-the-top of receivers. His competitive nature would make an outstanding addition to OU’s secondary.
