Oklahoma football is entering their off period of the year in terms of formal practices and meetings with the team going their separate ways for the upcoming summer, but the recruiting trail never stops.
On Tuesday, the Sooners officially offered class of 2023 four-star safety Peyton Bowen out of Guyer High School in Denton, Texas. Despite having two years of high school football still left to play, Bowen has already picked up some impressive offers including LSU, Notre Dame, Texas and USC.
Bowen is an athletic player someone who also returns kicks and has good ball skills with the ability to make plays on the football in the air. Still with a long way to go even in his high school career, he has an obvious chasm of room for growth in the years ahead.
