Oklahoma moves up two more spots to No. 10 in Amway Coaches Poll

Following another unexpected bye week, Oklahoma moved up two spots to No. 10 in the Amway Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.

Oklahoma once again had the week off on Saturday as their game with West Virginia was given the boot for the second time. This time it was for good as the game will not be made up this season.

Despite not playing, the Sooners were able to move up two more spots to No. 10 in the Amway Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports thanks to some losses in front of them by Florida and Miami.

Remaining as the top dog is of course Alabama after they demolished Arkansas on the road yesterday.

The rest of the top five also remains untouched with Notre Dame, Clemson, Ohio State and Texas A&M rounding things out.

Other Big 12 teams in the rankings include Iowa State at No. 8, Oklahoma State at No. 22 and Texas at No. 24.

Next up for Oklahoma will be an attempt at a sixth straight Big 12 title when they take on the No. 8 Cyclones in Arlington for the conference championship on Saturday.
