Thunder at Spurs: Odds, lines, predictions and picks

Prediction

Spurs 97, Thunder 93

Money line (ML)

The Spurs (-250) have three key members who will remain sidelined due to COVID safety protocols while Aldridge is apparently dealing with a non-COVID illness and a question mark to play. Even shorthanded, the Spurs should have enough to get by the Thunder, but risking two-and-a-half times your potential return is not a good choice. This will be a narrow win with plenty of worry backing the favorite straight up. AVOID.

Against the spread (ATS)

The THUNDER +6 (-110) are underdogs by three buckets, and that makes OKC a good play. They haven’t been playing well lately, but they are at least healthy. OKC won on its home court, 102-99, in the previous meeting against the Spurs -6 (-110) Feb. 24 as one-point underdogs. Look for OKC to keep it close, perhaps losing a one-possession game.

Over/Under (O/U)

The UNDER 219.5 (-110) is the best play on the board here. OKC posted a dismal 78 points in a loss to Dallas Wednesday, and they have scored 96 or fewer points in two straight, and three of the past five. San Antonio is shorthanded, and they will have trouble scoring the basketball, especially if Aldridge is held out.
