The Oklahoma City Thunder (24-57) visit Crypto.com Arena Sunday to take on the Los Angeles Clippers (41-40). Tip-off is scheduled for 9:30 p.m. ET. Below, we look at the Thunder vs. Clippers odds and lines, and make our expert NBA picks, predictions and bets.
The Clippers are coming into this game having won 4 straight, covering 3 of them. They beat the Kings 117-98 Saturday, covering as 12-point home favorites. This will be their fourth-straight home game.
L.A. has already locked up a play-in tournament battle with the Minnesota Timberwolves, so there may not be much motivation, especially with superstar F Paul George resting.
The Thunder have been without their star G Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for weeks. Oklahoma City is just 12-28 on the road and has lost and failed to cover 2 straight.
OKC has been profitable to bet on the last several weeks, a solid 9-4 against the spread (ATS) record since March 16. It is 48-29-4 ATS on the season.

Clippers 114, Thunder 106

PASS.
The Clippers haven’t been great this season without George, and while I expect them to win, betting on them at +900 is not worth it. Banking on an upset with the Thunder down so many scoring options also isn’t wise.

Against the spread
LEAN to the THUNDER +11.5 (-107).
OKC has been incredible against the spread this season as a road underdog.
It has the third-best ATS record in that situation at 27-13. Considering LA will be down several key players like George and G Norman Powell, I expect it to be a close battle.
While the Thunder are really only playing 6 players, they have received contributions from F Jaylen Hoard, who has impressed. With this likely being a battle of young guns, I’d back the team that’s thrived in this situation all year.
The Clippers are just 13-15 ATS as a home favorite.
Over/Under
BET to the OVER 217.5 (-112).
While the Thunder’s strength this season has been defensive, it’s missing many of those instrumental defensive players. OKC is 5-5 O/U over its last 10 and has covered all 3 times the projected total has been under 220.
The Thunder rank 10th in pace over their last 10 while the Clippers sit 21st in defensive rating over that span. OKC should be able to push the pace while Los Angeles looks to keep up offensively.
LA is 4-3-1 O/U in its last 8.
