Late last week, Oklahoma basketball finalized their non-conference schedule for the 2020-21 season which is set to begin in less than a month. Today, the full conference slate has been released.
In an effort to spread the schedule out a bit, Big 12 play gets started extra early this year with the first conference game being a trip to Fort Worth to take on TCU on December 6th.
Oklahoma will then play a home conference game against Texas Tech on December 22nd.
Other key dates include a trip to Stillwater for Bedlam on January 16th, Kansas coming to the Lloyd Noble Center on January 23rd before the Sooners head to Austin to face Texas on January 26th, and the Longhorns then coming to Norman on February 16th.
As always with the Big 12, everyone faces everyone in conference twice – one at home and one on the road.
A change to the normal schedule, the Sooners have no regular season games set for the month of March. This is to leave room before the Big 12 tournament (set to begin March 10th) to play any possible makeup games that would be needed.
Some fan information, including the intention for 25 percent seating capacity, was already announced last week along with the non-conference schedule.
Full details on gameday procedures as well television info and tip times will all be released at a later date.
