OKC Thunder pick up 2023-24 options on Josh Giddey, Tre Mann and Aleksej Pokusevski

The Thunder made three easy decisions official on Saturday.

The Oklahoma City Thunder announced Saturday they had picked up the 2023-24 options on Josh Giddey, Tre Mann and Aleksej Pokusevski.

Giddey and Mann are in their third seasons while Pokusevski is in his fourth.

None of these moves are surprising. All three have played well enough or have shown enough flashes to get their team option picked up on their first-round rookie deals.

Giddey is set to make $6.6 million, Mann is set to make $3.2 million and Pokusevski is set to make $5 million.

Pokusevski also will be eligible for a contract extension next offseason, so the Thunder could lock the 20-year-old up for the long term if they choose to do so.
