The Oklahoma City Thunder announced on Tuesday that they had recalled rookie forward Jaylin Williams from his second G League assignment of the young season.
This gives Williams a chance to be active for the Thunder’s home game against the Orlando Magic on Tuesday.
The Thunder likely assigned Williams to the Oklahoma City Blue to give him some practice time. The Blue are in the middle of their training camp. The Blue season is set to kick off on Nov. 4.
Williams has appeared in one game this season and will likely spend significant time with the Blue in order to receive consistent playing time.
