The Ohio State basketball team made a huge jump last week in the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll from being not ranked at all to the No. 18 spot in the nation. The Buckeyes made another leap again this week.
OSU took one on the chin when they played Purdue on Wednesday evening. Ohio State controlled most of the game but allowed the Boilermakers to hang around and ultimately lost the lead and the game in the final seconds of play.
The Bucks had to get their mind right for a weekend matchup to face Wisconsin who was ranked No. 10 at the time and sitting in second place in the Big Ten. Ohio State pulled out an impressive victory in the Kohl Center and as a result, moved up 3 spots to land at No. 15 in the latest Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll.
