The Ohio State basketball team is flying high after another huge victory, this time over No. 8 Iowa on the road. Ohio State made another huge climb all the way up to No. 5 in the Ferris Mowers Coaches Poll powered by USA TODAY Sports.
The Buckeyes are locked in right now and have been since the beginning of the new year. Since 2021 began, the Bucks have won seven of their last eight and rattled off four wins in a row.
Chris Holtman will need to keep his young squad focused as nothing comes easy in the Big Ten. Ohio State is on the east coast tonight to take on a pesky Maryland squad in College Park. The Terps have been up and down this season, but have pulled off some upsets over top 25 teams as well.
With only a handful of games left in the conference schedule, the Bucks will look to keep pace and maybe supplant Michigan for first place.
