Forward, E.J. Liddell – Can it be anyone else at this point? Liddell continues to separate himself as one of the best players in the Big Ten and has an ever-evolving game. He’ll probably draw the best post defender Michigan State has. He can pull some size out of the lane and use his mid and long-range shooting to create mismatches. If the Spartans switch and put a smaller guy on him, it’s time to bang away in and around the lane. He has become a mismatch nightmare for the opposition.
Key Player to Know for Michigan State

Forward, Aaron Henry –Â Michigan State doesn’t have a great three-point threat this year and Henry is no exception. He’s not going to try and bomb away from deep, but he does like to get out in the open floor and use his athleticism to finish strong at the rim. He’s also not afraid to get others involved in the half-court sets when double teams come. He’ll do most of his work in the lane, and if Ohio State would be well-advised to limit the breakouts, make him work hard in the half-court, double at times, and make someone else be the star.
