No. 13 – Ohio State Buckeyes (11-3, 5-3)
Ohio State is starting to realize its identity, and with it, beginning to improve as the season wears on. The fact that the Buckeyes have won three straight without a true, experienced point guard on the floor against quality competition is remarkable. The collection of depth on this year’s Buckeye squad plays a physical brand that gets shots going to the rim and rebounds well. Surprisingly, the turnovers have also been kept to a minimum.
However, this is a tough league and there are still a ton of landmines in place from here until the end of the regular season. You feel like every game is a coin flip in this league and Ohio State will have to continue to improve and play at a high level to keep its place amount the upper tier of teams in the Big Ten.
