Offense – WR Terrace Marshall
When Ja’Marr Chase opted out of the 2020 season last month, junior Terrace Marshall immediately became LSU’s No. 1 receiver.
In the season-opening loss to Mississippi State, Marshall certainly proved he was up to the challenge.
Marshall caught eight passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns in the defeat. He was clearly Brennan’s top target and the two appear to have a solid rapport.
The 6-foot-3 junior from Bossier City, La., was LSU’s No. 3 receiver a year ago behind Chase and Justin Jefferson. As a sophomore, Marshall caught 46 passes for 671 yards and 13 touchdowns.
It would surprise no one if Marshall becomes one of the better wide receivers in all of college football in 2020.
