In the Spurs’ most recent loss to the Denver Nuggets, fellow rookie Julian Strawther was on the wrong end of Wembanyama’s freakishness. The Spurs big man went up for a dunk attempt that Strawther didn’t see coming, and he was nearly put on a poster that would have gone viral.
After the game, Strawther expressed how in awe he was of Wembanyama on the dunk attempt.
