Notre Dame’s Laszewski remains an unknown for Syracuse game

Will he be able to play?

Notre Dame is very much on the bubble for making the NCAA Tournament as only a couple weeks remain in the regular season.  If things were to end today it’s hard to imagine the Irish not getting into the dance but they have to finish strong to ensure that.

The first step in that journey comes Wednesday night as they welcome the Syracuse Orange to South Bend.  Syracuse is just 15-12 on the year and 9-7 in the ACC but will certainly present challenges as they seemingly always do.

For Notre Dame, the status of Nate Laszewski remains unknown.  Laszewski was injured two weeks back at North Carolina State but has healed from that, instead dealing with an illness this week.

Laszewski would be missed against the Orange and their zone defense as he can hit from the outside and stands at 6-10.

Tip-off tonight is set for 7 p.m.
