Notre Dame QB Jack Coan will be seeing a number of familiar faces this Saturday when Wisconsin takes on the Fighting Irish. Spending the previous four seasons with the Badgers, Coan reunites with his old team as foes at Solder Field.
The Badger QB was asked about playing his former team during Notre Dame’s press conference yesterday, and stressed that while emotions will be running high, it’s still just another game of football”
“It’s definitely going to be weird,” said Coan, who went 12-6 as a starter with the Badgers. “It’s going to be a lot of my friends I’m going to be playing against, guys I still talk to today. But at the end of the day, it’s just another football game and I like to think I won’t get more excited for one game than the next.”
The Badgers and the Fighting Irish face off on Saturday at 11 a.m. CT on Fox.
