Notre Dame gets great news as they fend off programs for QB commit Deuce Knight

It’s looking good for the Irish to hold onto Knight

As we have seen over the last few months, Notre Dame football quarterback commit [autotag]Deuce Knight[/autotag] is still being pursued by multiple schools.

Recently, Knight received an offer from Colorado, as they are making an effort to flip the 6-foot, 5-inch and 195-pound lefty. They aren’t the only school trying, but it looks like it might be a lost cause for those teams.

In a report from 247Sports Anna Adams (subscription required), she that “Knight isn’t wavering despite some push from Alabama, Ole Miss, Colorado and South Carolina.” This clearly is very good news for the Irish, as the quarterback is ranked as the No. 62 overall prospect and 5th ranked player at his position according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings.

At the moment, the Irish have 16 total commitments for the 2025 recruiting cycle and Knight is one of the highest rated verbals.
