Notre Dame football quarterback commit CJ Carr will enroll very soon

Carr will be on campus much sooner that you think

It has become commonplace for recruits to graduate early and enroll into their respective school, but [autotag]Notre Dame football[/autotag] commit [autotag]CJ Carr[/autotag] is taking a bit of a different route.

Typically a player who is coming into their college program early enrolls in time for spring practice, but Carr isn’t going to take that route. According to an interview with 247Sports Tom Loy, the top ranked Irish commit of the 2024 class will be with the team on December 16th, in time for bowl practice.

The head start to Carr’s career could play dividends down the road, especially considering there is going to be a quarterback competition with Sam Hartman graduating.

Another aspect of Carr starting to practice early with the Irish is that he will not be playing in any of the high school All-Star games, but clearly getting a head start on his Notre Dame career is much more important.
