No Raiders make first-team All-Pro with two receiving votes

Today, the AP released their All-Pro team for the 2020 NFL season. That team did not feature any Raiders players on it.

There were two Raiders players who received votes; Center Rodney Hudson received five votes and Hunter Renfrow received one vote as a punt return specialist.

There were three centers that received more All-Pro votes than Hudson, with Green Bay’s Corey Lindsley’s 18 votes easily the most. The others were Colts’ Ryan Kelly (8), and Lions’ Frank Ragnow (8).

One possible surprise is Darren Waller received no All-Pro votes despite leading the NFL in receptions among tight ends. That’s because Travis Kelce was second in the NFL in receiving yards (1416) at any position, making him one of two unanimous All-Pro selections. The other being Rams defensive lineman Aaron Donald.

The only other Pro Bowl player the Raiders had this season was Josh Jacobs.  He hit 1,000 yards in the season finale, which was dwarfed by Titans’ monster back Derrick Henry who his 2000 yards on the same day. Naturally, Henry was a heavy favorite and received 47 votes, with Saints RB Alvin Kamara (3) as the only other back receiving votes.
