Ever the common thread, coach expressed no worry and player was overly confident.
Bills pass rusher Von Miller was limited to only six snaps in his third game back from his 2022 season-ending knee injury. In that 29-25 loss to the Patriots, Miller appeared to slightly limp in the second quarter and then he left the field and did not return.
Following the game, both Miller and head coach Sean McDermott were not worried about his health.
And despite Miller showing up on the injury report this week ahead of facing the Buccaneers (3-3), the same mantra could be found. McDermott was not concerned and Miller was over-the-top confident.
“He’s in a good spot,” McDermott said via video conference.
“I’m good, I’m in a good spot,” Miller added. “I feel like this will be my best week out there.”
