There are several of the nation’s top prospects who will be making their college decisions over the weekend. Included in that group is Khyree Jackson, a three-star JUCO cornerback who the Alabama coaching staff is extremely high on.
There will be some who will get hung up on Jackson only being listed as a three-star prospect, but that should not be the focus. He’s got a ton of versatility that will be valuable to whichever defenses ends up landing his services.
In other words, there is a lot to love about the East Mississppi Community College product. Jackson is set to make his announcement today at 6:00 p.m. CT.
Alabama needs more help in the secondary for its 2021 class. The versatility and talent that Khyree Jackson would bring could be a huge boost.
Long (6-3) and physical prospect who will be a valuable chess piece for any defense that gets him. Committing today at 6 pm CT.

According to the 247Sports composite rankings, Jackson is rated as the No. 5 JUCO prospect and No. 2 JUCO cornerback. The rankings from the team at 247Sports, however, have him listed as a four-star prospect, the nation’s top JUCO cornerback and the No. 3 overall JUCO player.
At 6-foot-3, 197 pounds, Jackson has the physical makeup to be a piece that Nick Saban and Pete Golding can move around on defense. He can play outside corner, safety or maybe even the Star position. In other words, he’s the kind of player you can line up on athletic tight ends or big-bodied receivers who are tough to deal with.
At this time, Alabama is considered one of the favorites to land the Maryland native. His final four comes down to Florida, Oregon, Oklahoma and the Crimson Tide.
