No. 1 Michigan State hockey takes down Wisconsin at Munn

MSU rallies from 3-1 deficit to beat Wisconsin on home ice

Michigan State hockey won their first Great Lakes Invitational since 2009 earlier this week, but there was not long to celebrate, as Big Ten play resumed on Thursday.

Michigan State welcomed in Wisconsin for the latest weekend series in Big Ten action.

Despite falling down 3-1 in the contest, MSU was able to rally with three unanswered goals to take home a 4-3 win.

Former Badger Charlie Stramel scored the game winning goal for the Spartans, getting sweet revenge against his former team. Isaac Howard, Karsen Dorwart and Tiernan Shoudy also scored for MSU.

Luca Di Pasquo gained his third straight win between the pipes.

Michigan State will be back in action on Saturday when they face the Badgers, once again, in an outdoor game at Wrigley Field in Chicago.
