Four-star small forward Chase McCarty scheduled an official visit to Tennessee on Aug. 25.
The 6-foot-5, 200-pound small forward is from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. He transferred from Westminster Christian Academy in Huntsville, Alabama on July 2.
McCarty is the No. 75 overall prospect in the class of 2024. He ranks as the No. 27 small forward and No. 1 player in Alabama, according to On3 industry rankings.
McCarty earned ASWA Super All-State Basketball honors and was named the Tennessee Valley Co-Player of the Year. He surpassed 1,000 career points on Nov. 9 and led Westminster Academy to a 4A state championship game.
The 2024 prospect visited Tennessee on Jan. 28.
