Last season, NFL.com’s Adam Rank predicted the Jacksonville Jaguars to go 11-5, which would’ve marked improvement from their 2018 record of 5-11. With them coming up well short of that, his optimism has changed for 2020 as he slotted them with just three wins for the upcoming season.

This shouldn’t shock anyone as it’s been extremely difficult to find any national pundits high on the Jags this season. The oddsmakers from Vegas haven’t been high on them either as they’ve often times slotted the Jags with the worst record in the NFL.

When explaining why he wasn’t high on the Jags, rank said it boiled down to the Jags losing a lot on defense over the last few seasons. He added that a 3-13 season would be good for the No. 1 overall pick where Clemson quarterback Trevor Lawrence could be in play.
