4: Chiefs lineman saves dogs

Ninety-one dogs from a Kansas City animal shelter will soon have new homes courtesy of Kansas City Chiefs defensive lineman Derrick Nnadi. In response to the Chiefs’ victory in Super Bowl LIV, Nnadi will pay the adoption fees for the dogs who were in the shelter as of Sunday for as long as it takes for those dogs to be adopted. Adoption fees at the Kansas City Pet Project normally run about $150. … The Jaguars are moving a second home game in 2020 overseas to London’s Wembley Stadium in an attempt to increase their local revenue and escape the bottom quartile of the league in that category. … Former Cincinnati Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis was named co-defensive coordinator at Arizona State. Lewis will share the job with Antonio Pierce, the former NFL linebacker who won a Super Bowl with the New York Giants.
