Sometimes, football fans are treated to a truly aesthetically pleasing combination of uniforms. Monday night’s game between the Detroit Lions and Las Vegas Raiders was not one of those occasions.
While the Raiders donned their typical silver-white-silver road combo, the Lions instead chose to roll out their alternates, featuring a new blue helmet with gray jerseys and pants.
It doesn’t take a design expert to see that the broadcast was dominated by an overabundance of greyish tones, and viewers did not appreciate it.
