This one involves North Carolina receiver Josh Downs, a third-round pick by the Indianapolis Colts that is part of the top class in the 2023 NFL Draft. Camera were there for the moment he heard from the Colts over the phone, followed by him taking in hearing his name called on TV that Friday.
